Our Rental Process:
Since 1983 we have received hundreds of rental application on paper. Today we are green and have made the environmentally-conscience decision to switch to an interactive online rental application. This not only reduces the amount of waste paper produced but expedites the rental process allowing you to enjoy your new home quicker.
Step 1: View online photos of our available units.
Step 2: Request a viewing of the unit(s) you are interested in (see form below). Be sure to tell us a little about yourself and why you are moving. We would also like to know what your budget is, and whether you have a car or pet.
Step 3: If you have decided to apply for one of our apartments after viewing, please contact us and we will send you a rental application/credit check to your email address provided.
Step 4: After approval, the lease is prepared and e-mailed to you for an electronic signature…you then e-mail it back to our office. We require tenant & liability insurance and last month’s rent deposit at time of signing.
